The results of the tender for the selection of candidates for the position of head

 In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights, the Presidential Decree No. UP-4720 dated April 24, 2015 on Measures for the Introduction of Modern Methods of Corporate Governance in Joint Stock Companies and according to the Decision taken at the Meeting of Supervisory Board of JSC "Namangan Dori-Darmon" dated Febr. 6, 2017, the Company has established the Nomination Committee consisting of the members of the Supervisory Board. At the same time the Regulations respecting the selection procedure of candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer of "Namangan Dori-Darmon" JSC was approved.

As part the held competitionwere presented 3 candidates,for the Committee onnominations of the Company on the basis of their consideration of the following results:

1. Qosimov Rahimberdi Hakimovich  – 60
2. To’ychiev Rustamjon Hamidovich  – 15
3. Ismanov Abdumutalib Sultonovich – 25

 These results were presented to the Supervisory Board of JSC "Namangan Dori-Darmon" for consideration.

As a result of the Company's Supervisory Board has decided to nominate Qosimov Rahimberdi Hakimovich as the winner of this contest, which received the highest scores on the post of the Company's executive manager for subsequent election to the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "Namangan Dori-Darmon".
